Preparations are well under way for this year's BBC Sports Personality Of The Year Awards at the Odyssey SSE Arena in Belfast. Assisted by Gallowglass Crew, we've had large teams of event crew working shift patterns around the clock all week to get the venue ready for the event on Sunday 20th December.
